WELDER / SHEET METAL WORKER
Welder required for hands-on production. Must be enthusiastic and be able to work as part of a team. Must also be organised and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Aluminium welding experience is essential, other tasks involve: sheet metal fabrication, brake press, guillotine operation and bench fitting. Must have previous metal work exprience.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/DATA ENTRY/RECEPTION Temp to perm role
Duties will involve data entry of customer orders onto the system. Must be well-presented, articulate and highly customer focused. Accurate data entry skills required. Occasional reception cover.
POSTROOM ASSISTANT Salary £16k - £17k
The role requires someone who has worked within a large post room environment. Duties will be to ensure all post incoming and outgoing is handled within time scales and efficiently. Some heavy lifting of post bags, also a lot of walking around the company distributing the post. Must be very well organised to ensure that when certain items need to be posted by timescales ie invoices and statements and promotional items - that the deadline is not missed. A very busy post room where several thousands of items get posted each week.
PROPERTY CONSULTANT Salary £16k - £18k
Dealing with properties that have been repossessed, advising the vendors on how to proceed with Marketing the property, what price and then selecting an Estate Agent and dealing with the case from start to completion. Keeping the Lender up dated, speaking with solicitors and obtaining and negotiating on the best prices for the property. Experience of having worked in conveyancing, estate agency, lettings or solicitors. Previous experience of having perhaps worked within a large call centre environment would also be an advantage.
PAYROLL CLERK from £6.50 p/h
Working 10.00am - 5.30pm to work 10 consecutive working days towards the end of each month. The role consists of entering payroll data into Sage software. Must have fast and accurate keyboard skills with knowledge of Sage Payroll an advantage.
REGIONAL MANAGER Salary £35k
Responsible for three Hotels, covering Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. The main areas of responsibility will be developing the hotels accommodation and M&E business from the local business community. As well as servicing existing accounts, the client is looking for someone with a proactive sales approach who can generate new business.
Other key attributes would include; excellent communication and presentation skills, good personal organisational skills, positive attitude, and be results driven.
LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR Salary £16 - £18.000
A highly responsible role dealing with all areas of letting administration.
Primary role to handle renegotiation and preparation of contracts and gas safety work. Will also be required to provide cover for the accounts, maintenance and New contracts department due to annual leave or sickness. Must be very accurate with figures and have strong administration skills.
