SALES CO-ORDINATOR Salary £16-£20k  Looking for a candidate from a telesales background who is a confident and highly motivated professional. Working alongside the Senior Sales Co-ordinator you will require a good telephone manner and communication skills. 

Duties involve: The ability to research on the internet. Making calls to prospective clients. The ability to set appointments and arrange demonstrations. Must have the ability to close a deal over the telephone. Ability to put together sales documents ie: producing reports, letters and quotes. Computer literate ie: Microsoft outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access.  Knowledge of Act database or similar databases. Be able to interface with clients on the telephone at all levels on a regular bases by following up on clients request.  Build a rapport and relationship with prospective clients.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE Salary 15k.

Duties involve:

Answer telephone and e-mail aftersale enquiries 
Ownership and follow through to resolution of customer aftersale issues
Product expertise:
Support sales executives on pre and post sale technical enquires 
Support and problem solve customer installation and product issues 
Operational management of external suppliers
Liaison between customer and our outsourced delivery companies

Must have: Excellent communication skills, Excellent telephone manner, Strong IT skills

DATA PROGRAMMING  Salary £18k Covering database set up and maintenance of all Client accounts. Must be highly organised and have good MS Office, Excel skills and knowledge of EPOS.

SENIOR HELP DESK SUPPORT  Salary c£25k depending on experience.  Responsible for supervising two helpdesk staff so previous experience essential.  Reporting and liaising on a management level to all Engineers and the MD.  Some unusual hours involved,  working on a rota system covering evenings and weekends.  EPOS experience or the of handling something similar.

STAGING ENGINEER Salary up to £20k depending on experience 

Our client is seeking someone with good IT technical abilities, who can Hotstage EPOS systems ready for installation. This will include installation of both general software, EPOS software and the hardware. You will need to manage several systems at once and need the technical inquisitiveness to figure out the problems you may encounter on the hotstage.

You need to be a proactive person who will manage the effective  movement of equipment that arrives in for repair.  Also some repair skills would be highly advantageous.

This is an in-house post, although there may be the opportunity of client site visits at a later stage.

FULL TIME HELP DESK SUPPORT  Salary £20k dependant on experience plus on call allowance

Ideally an engineer with PC and associated peripherals setup and help desk telephone repair experience. Possibly already working for a Support / Help Desk
Duties include:
Must be able to communicate over the telephone
Provide help and diagnosis of problems on clients sites
Provide online training where required
Provide technical help and assistance on both hardware and software

Additional duties:
Build Databases for Client installations
On occasions help in the field with training or installations

Someone with EPOS knowledge would be ideal but certainly not essential, however must have good all round IT knowledge/skills.

TRAINER/ASSESSOR ICT AND BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATION Salary £20-25K     To deliver effective learning solutions in IT (specifically Microsoft Office applications from beginner to Expert), Customer Service, Business and Administration and Team Leading for employed individuals primarily in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.

Trainer : To design and deliver quality learning interventions (from 3 hour to 2 day durations) both classroom based learning to groups and individuals at   base in Leighton Buzzard or at external venues

NVQ Assessor : To work with a caseload of employed individuals, in an assessor capacity, from initial discussions to achievement of their chosen qualification at levels 2 and 3 within the agreed assessment time period.

TELESALES   Salary £12-£14k   Looking for someone with previous experience in telesales or a very motivated, enthusiastic sales orientated person.   Must be able to start work immediately with a with a view   to going permanent.

SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Salary £16-£25k Candidate must have at least 3 years previous experience of working within an Estate Agents.   Must be highly motivated, driven and fully customer focused.    

TELESALES Salary 22k Highly   dynamic candidate   required -   preferably from an   advertising agency background with experience of telesales would be ideal.     If not, an excellent telesales person who can   appointment set   over the telephone. Will also consider someone who has a marketing or graphics qualification/education.        

CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN PENSIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE   Ref: LA848     Salary £17,020 Currently recruiting a full time Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers both on the telephone and in writing. This role will require you to handle high volumes of telephone calls whilst completing administration duties such as new accounts, actioning withdrawal requests, maintaining accurate customer records, responding to customer correspondence and dealing with customers and the general public on a face to face basis when covering reception duties.        

TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE   Ref: 8593 Salary £16-£18k   Customer Service Executive with a focus on Technical Lead.   Technical lead will require the detailed technical understanding of all the company's products.   Product expertise:   Support sales executives on pre and post sale technical enquiries.   Support and problem solve customer installation and products issues.   Dealing with escalated technical issues directly with customers.   Deal with technical questions from other customer service team members.   Answer telephone and email customer service enquries.   Ownership and follow through to resolution of customer service issues.    
 
ADMINISTRATORS Ref:   8535 Salary £11,000-13,500/£14K Several vacancies for candidates with good all round office skills. Duties will include admin. support, customer liaison and full use of PC. Must have good telephone manner and able to work on own initiative.
